		Examples:
watchdogCMD enable 60 - Enable watchdog timer and set it to 60 sec.
watchdogCMD disable - Disable watchdog timer.

Note: Windows 7 users should use the Watchdog in Administrator Mode only.

5. Testing Watchdog
  1. Enable watchdog.
  2. Run the test.bat file. Pay attention that your system will be frozen.
immediately; therefore, you should save any unsaved data before you run
     it.
  3. If the watchdog works properly, it will restart the system.

6. BIOS watchdog
The BIOS watchdog prevents the system's freezing during boot and before the
  watchdog software service starts.
The BIOS watchdog runs only once and doesn't reload itself. Its time value
  (31-255 sec) means that during this period, the watchdog service must start;
  otherwise, the system will restart.

To enable or disable the BIOS watchdog, one should enter BIOS (F2), enter the
"Advanced" menu and change the "Watchdog Timer" option to On/Off as desired.

Entering setup temporary disables watchdog operation regardless of the current
  state.

The BIOS watchdog MUST BE DISABLED during the BIOS updating process; otherwise, the
system will be restarted during the updating process and unrecoverable damage
will be caused to the BIOS.
